K&T’s work

Additional cluster formation support
The 2021 timeline records assistance to member bodies in forming three handloom clusters and four handicraft clusters in Kullu and Mandi. These are recorded as formation-support activities, separately from the four Lean scheme clusters.
Common-facility preparation
Diagnostics, demand assessment, institutional records and coordination with authorities supported a common-facility proposal in Kullu. Work reached preparation and approval stage; it is not presented as a commissioned facility.
Beneficiary preparation
Separate SFURTI preparatory work included verification and a final list of 509 artisans. This is an application and beneficiary-preparation output, rather than a claim of completed scheme implementation.
